1. Introduction & Consent

3. Account Registration & Management

To open an account at bk33l, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If an attempt to open multiple accounts is detected, or if linked multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Password & Security

3.4 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bk33l may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. If verification is not completed in a timely manner, withdrawals may be delayed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Deposits at bk33l can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount is determined by the applicable account tier.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Each approved withdrawal is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be on hold if a verification process is ongoing or if deposit requirements have not been met.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals using a payment account not registered in your own name are not accepted. If a transaction under a third party's name is detected, the relevant funds will be returned and the account will be reviewed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply to transactions made in foreign currency.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (on the bonus only, not the deposit). Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only to the account that received it — it is not transferable.
• bk33l reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be combined from one promotion to another unless specifically permitted.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits
